Rick is a native Jamaican that spent most of his formative years in Canada where he attended elementary, high school and the University of Guelph. While studying at the University of Guelph, Rick was also a two time all Canadian varsity wrestler.

 

Rick established the RHI courtesy patrol in 1999, and RHI’s first client was the South Side on Lamar Building. Since then, RHI has had various clients throughout the South side on Lamar (South side P.I.D communities).
